The new Matchmaking365-Community is now live for about three weeks – are you happy with the response from exhibitors and trade visitors?

Yes, we are very happy. During the first three weeks already more than 600 members registered, exhibitors and trade visitors. More than 300 inquiries have been published and 70 news messages. That’s a great result!

What makes us really happy is that the members use the community interactively. They answer to inquiries of other members and get in contact with each other.

This is exactly what we wanted to achieve with the Matchmaking365-Community. It is nice to see that members see the same value in it.

What do members publish in the community? Do you have a nice example?

The Kind + Jugend is a trade fair for the early childhood years. That is why we find a lot of different products and services; from modern car safety seats, high chairs, new clothing collections, innovative baby bottles, and furniture.

Among the published news, there are such nice examples as a new night lamp for babies in the design of a cute ghost that shines in a soft light whenever the baby wakes up; or a foldable one-way potty.

From which countries people visit the community?

The Matchmaking365-Community gets visits from 61 countries. Most of the people come from Germany, Poland, France, UK, Spain, South Korea, Netherlands, USA, Sweden and Italy. But we also get visits from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Turkey, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil and exotic countries such as Lebanon, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia and Armenia. Really visits from all over the world.

What’s next? Will the service be continued after the trade fair?

This sounds as if we are already done. But, actually, we are just starting! In the next weeks ahead, we will introduce more and more really great features for the community. There are new filter options, for example. With all of this, we want to achieve that the members feel even more comfortable and can use the community tool even better to achieve their own goals.

This experience will remain with the members after the trade fair. We will not close the doors to the community – it remains open 365 days a year.

Members can stay tuned and be excited for more!
